This policy describes the basic data practices for the current MOMFLIX website build. It should be updated whenever analytics, advertising, accounts, payments, age-verification vendors, or other third-party services are added.

Information Used by This Build

The current front-end may store age-gate confirmation and “My List” selections in your browser using local storage. Hosting providers may separately process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs.

Age Verification

If MOMFLIX later uses an age-verification provider, the privacy policy must identify the provider and explain what data is collected, retained, shared, and deleted. Sensitive identity information should not be collected or retained unless necessary and legally appropriate.

Cookies and Analytics

If analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies are enabled, this policy and any legally required consent controls must be updated before those technologies are deployed.

Privacy requests may be submitted through the report/contact form until a dedicated privacy contact is published.
