MOMFLIX is strictly for adults age 18 or older, or the age of majority required by the viewer's jurisdiction if higher.

Eligibility

You may not access MOMFLIX if you are under 18, if adult material is unlawful where you are located, or if you are otherwise prohibited from accessing such material.

Permitted Content

Only lawful adult content involving consenting adults may be uploaded, hosted, linked, or distributed. Content depicting or suggesting minors, non-consensual sexual activity, trafficking, sexual exploitation, hidden-camera material, or content posted without the necessary rights or performer consent is prohibited.

Rights and Releases

Anyone submitting content represents that they own or control the necessary distribution rights and have obtained all required performer releases, consent documentation, and age-verification records.

Removal and Enforcement

MOMFLIX may remove content, suspend access, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when content violates these Terms or applicable law.

Content and features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice. Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to them.
